Unprofessional Unhelpful and rude My very first order through these guys and to be very honest i have not deal with such seller. First they lost my product and upon inquiry not one is giving me update. I have to called 8-9 times in a row to get update on my product. There is no senior manager who is willing to speak with me regarding my concern. While dealing with them I feel my self ashamed why I selected this warehouse for myself. I I will never come to them again, they are not knowledgeable and very pathetic. Placed my order 10 days before still not received.

** DO NOT USE *** Sent me C4 instead or Nitraflex 2 months ago. Still awaiting refund after return product a month ago. Unprofessional Unhelpful and rude when attempting to return product told me it was to be returned at my own cost. Edited for response.... Although you claim in your response you offered to pay postage this is incorrect you offered to reimburse me my own money and made no mention of the return options on EBAY AS quoted below We offer you one of three options to rectify this issue: Either to send it back in its original condition for replacement with the correct one. In this case, we'll reimburse you for the returning postage fees. OR If you want to save time and you are willing to keep it, we will refund you $17 straightaway ($7 price difference and extra $10 as an apology from our side for the inconvenience). OR To send you a discount voucher code that will offer you 10% on the total amount of your next order placed on our website. May we ask you why have you left us feedback on ebay before giving us the chance to sort it out for you?!!! you sent us your message this morning before our working hours, and here we reply within a couple of hours. Me and my boyfriend ordered some products from these guys and I was compelled by their exceptional service to come up here and share it with others. The response rate was unbelievable! I was notified regularly about my order. I have had an amazing experience with them in the past as well. Even during these tough times of crisis, I’m astonished how they are still providing products at our doorstep. Hats off to their great customer service as well. Their staff is very helpful. I would like to make a suggestion cause i think it’ll be helpful to all of us. They should give out general diet plan based on goals. For example a person who’s after a Lean cut build should be provided with steps or general tips for better results. Thank you!
